INTERIM MANAGEMENT

The use of temporary executives, otherwise known as Interim Managers has become accepted as an excellent way for companies to deal with situations that require highly competent executive resources, but on a temporary or part-time basis.

 

Used properly, Interim Managers can be a highly cost-effective way for a company to deal with problems or unexpected events, including the loss of key staff.  In fact many companies regularly use interim managers to cover peak workloads – thus avoiding the cost of employing permanent staff for the whole year.

 

RMC is part of the CMR Group, with many hundreds of highly experienced executives from every discipline and industry.  Because of their level of experience, CMR Group executives are effective from the outset, with the minimum of initiation being required.

 

 

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

 

METHOD 1

All CMR Group executives can be seen (colour photo, CV and skills/experience summary) on the CMR Group Website at www.cmruk.com – either by browsing through or by doing a simple skills/experience search.  Each executive is identified by a reference number.

 

Having decided the executives with whom you would like to have an initial telephone conversation, notify their reference numbers to CMR Group headquarters by email to cmr@cmruk.com or by phone to 020-7636-1744, together with a brief summary of the position or task to be performed.

 

Usually within 48 hours, we will have checked both availability and interest with the selected executives, and if in the affirmative, will pass across the names and contact details to allow the initial telephone discussion to take place.  This will enable suitability to be established and fees to be negotiated directly.  There is of course, no obligation at this stage.

 

METHOD 2

Merely pick up the phone to CMR Group (020-7636-1744), ask to speak to our Interim Management Co-ordinator who will discuss the assignment details, and then arrange for direct phone contact with those CMR Group executives who are both interested and available, and who have the skill and experience base needed to handle your work.

 

 

COST EFFECTIVE

 

The initial phases covering the selection processes are free of charge. Upon a successful recruitment there is only a very modest success fee charged Subsequent conversion of an interim manager into a permanent member of staff is possible, and would be subject to agreement on fees.

 

There are no set fees for individual interim managers – each executive will discuss directly with you the fee structure applicable to him or her.  In all cases, you will find the fees competitive and because you will only be paying for the time they actually work, their employment with you will be highly cost-effective.
