HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

 

RMC works with Career Psychology Ltd, a very long established and highly respected company in the field of psychometric testing, to provide this service to companies and individuals.

 

Each person entering this programme is asked to complete a personal questionnaire and a number of special test papers, which are specially constructed to cover all aspects of that person’s characteristics.  The completed papers are then analysed by a fully qualified psychologist, and a written report produced that will analyse that person’s personality characteristics.  Aptitude and job interest for various employment levels can also be tested and analysed.

 

The process is confidential and the ensuing report will be sent to the company and/or the individual concerned.

 

THE COST

 

A personality analysis, as described above, will cost £150 plus VAT.  Special programmes are also available, subject to separate quotation.
