The CMR Corporate Turnaround Process:

  • First stage is for CMR's experts to assess the situation, and on the basis of that assessment to form the outline strategy and tactics for solving the problems. This review stage is free of charge, and will enable all parties to know the extent of work involved, and to agree the fee basis for the subsequent stages.
  • In all cases, CMR's client will be the company, its directors and shareholders. CMR will seek to find the best route forward for all the parties involved, and will be able to give personal advice to help minimise the impact on the individuals involved.

  • Once the action plan has been agreed with all involved, we move into the implementation of those plans.
