Full involvement with CMR Regional Operations

Each of CMR's 14 Regions (click here for details) is responsible for CMR's mainline business within their geographical area.  Full members are an integral part of the management process for developing and controlling the business.  Under the direction of the Regional Director full members handle all marketing, client management and project management issues within the Region.

At any one time each CMR Region will be handling many existing clients and new clients that come to us (see CMR FundEX/Business Exchange for details of current regional projects that have reached investor stage).  Each regional project has a full member appointed as Project/Client Manager.

Membership of Special Business Groups - SBGs

Special Business Groups are an important part of CMR providing specialised and expert services in support of CMR's regional operations. They comprise CMR Full and RMC Associate members having expertise in the specialist areas of Corporate Recovery, M&A, Company Sales, IPR Licensing, Profit Improvement, Dispute Resolution and other specialised areas.  SBG membership is open to members already having great experience in these areas.  Click here for more details.

Ability to input projects for 10% commission

Commissions are paid on gross fees charged to the client.  Effectively all members (in all categories) have complete access to all of CMR & RMC's resources and can introduce those to clients - for which the commission is paid.

Members introducing Interim Management or Executive Recruitment business receive 50% of the fees paid by the client.

All members have access to the password-protected overall CMR Intranet.  Along with many other facilities, this Intranet contains the CMR Project Database which lists all projects (at every stage of development) being handled by all parts of CMR.  If you have a special interest in any, contact with the relevant CMR Project Manager handling that project can result in an invitation to become involved if appropriate.
