There are 2 options in placing an opportunity: A simple listing -- there is a standard 2% success-only fee on the first UK£ 500K investment or deal value           (reducing to 1% UK£ 500K to £1M, to 0.5% £1M to £5M, 0.25% above £5M) - or equivalent $ € With CMR's Support Programme giving enhanced presentation to interested parties and CMR executive help                                                                                                                    Propositions placed on FundEX are brought to the attention of all registered investors.  FundEX is also searched by many other potential investors and corporations worldwide. All investor interest is automatically email-notified directly to the person or firm placing the proposition.   Entries onto FundEX are free of charge for the first 90 days (apart from success fee). Entries are automatically deleted at 90 days to keep the exchange 'fresh'. They can be continued for further period of 90 days upon payment of US$100 or €100 or UK£70. Remember you have a responsibility to notify us of a successful outcome and to pay the success fee. You agree not to come to any arrangement with a party introduced by CMR without our written agreement. In cases where the % success fee is inappropriate we will agree a different, reasonable fee.
