To join
as a CMR ‘Link’ Member
The special code you need is
‘free’. Please complete the online registration form and upload your CV.
If you have a digital photo please also upload that – if not please send us
your photo and we will do it for you (we do require a photo to be uploaded
to maintain our website presentational standards). After approval, you will
be sent your personal login/password enabling you to edit your profile at
any time. There is no charge made to you.

Your profile will be placed
confidentially (no name or contact details) on our executive database. This
is searched by our corporate clients and you will be email-notified when
they are interested in you for a particular appointment and given full
details of the position. If you are interested in taking this further, you
will click a ‘YES I’m interested’ button on the website link you will be
given. This will automatically send an affirmative email to the
company together with your contact details and CV. They will then
contact you direct; you negotiate your own terms.
The recruiting company pays CMR a success fee of 17.5%, of which
incidentally we give 50% to whoever introduced the client to us. This
50% commission is also available to you or any of your contacts who
initially introduce interim/permanent business to CMR. The success
fee drops by 50% to 8.75% for subsequent recruitments by the same client.
CMR Link Membership is completely free of charge.
It is important to note that this service is purely related to our Executives-on-Demand/ Interim Management/Recruitment
Programme and does not give involvement with CMR’s mainstream operations –
that of providing management consultancy help and specialist
resources/funding to businesses in the
UK and
Ireland. If that
